Essentia source code: https://github.com/MTG/essentia
- official releases: https://github.com/MTG/essentia/releases
- Gaia source code: https://github.com/MTG/gaia
Currently supported platforms:
- Essentia: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and Mac OSX, Windows (cross-compilation from Linux, see FAQ)
- Gaia: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and Mac OSX
Both libraries can be also compiled and run on Windows, however there is no Visual Studio project readily available, so you will have to setup one yourself and compile the dependencies too.
Essentia is not dependent on Gaia library, and can be easily used separately, unless one wants to apply pool transformations available in Gaia, such as classification by support vector machines.
